How We Research, Write, and Fact-Check Every Guide

Sehatsphere exists to make health information genuinely easier to understand — not to guess at it. Here’s exactly how every guide on this site gets made, sourced, and kept accurate.

01Who Writes Our Content

Sarwar Alam Chaudhary

Every guide on Sehatsphere is written by Sarwar Alam Chaudhary (goes by Alam) — a pharmacist and BHMS student who has spent the past year working inside a hospital. That day-to-day clinical and pharmacy exposure directly shapes which topics get covered and how they’re explained, particularly for medicine-safety content where pharmacy training applies most directly.

Sehatsphere is currently a single-author publication. We believe in being upfront about that rather than implying a larger editorial team than actually exists — what you get instead is direct, consistent clinical reasoning behind every guide, written by one person with real healthcare exposure.

02Our Research Standards

Every factual claim on this site is checked against established, credible sources before publication — never written from assumption or memory alone. We prioritize sources in this order:

Government Health Agencies

NIH, FDA, CDC, and HHS — primary sources for clinical facts, safety guidance, and official statistics.

Peer-Reviewed Literature

Published clinical research and diagnostic criteria, such as the Rotterdam criteria for PCOS.

Direct Clinical Exposure

Real patterns observed during hospital and pharmacy work inform which topics we cover and how.

Cross-Verification

Statistics and clinical claims are checked against more than one credible source before publishing.

Sources we cite directly and link to across our guides include:

Why This Matters

Health information spreads fast and inaccurately online. We’d rather cite one solid government or clinical source than write confidently about something we haven’t actually verified.

03Our Writing & Review Process

  1. Topic selection — chosen based on genuine relevance (common deficiencies, frequently confused symptoms, real mistakes seen in clinical practice) rather than pure search-volume chasing.
  2. Source gathering — relevant government health pages, clinical guidelines, and research are reviewed before any writing begins.
  3. Drafting — content is written to explain the reasoning behind a fact, not just state it, since understanding “why” is what actually helps someone use the information.
  4. Accuracy pass — every specific number, threshold, or clinical claim is checked back against its source before publishing.
  5. Plain-language pass — medical terminology is explained in context rather than assumed, since this site is written for general readers, not clinicians.

04About Our Interactive Tools

Sehatsphere includes several interactive tools — the Deficiency Symptom Finder, Blood Report Decoder, and PCOS symptom checker among them. It’s important to be clear about what these are and aren’t.

Screening, Not Diagnosis

Every tool on this site is a screening aid based on documented symptom patterns and published diagnostic criteria — none of them diagnose anything. Each is built to help you organize information and identify what’s worth discussing with a doctor, and each one says so directly within the tool itself.

All of our tools calculate results directly in your browser. We don’t collect, store, or transmit the health information you enter into any of them.

05Updates & Corrections

Medical understanding evolves, and guidance can change. When we become aware that something on this site is outdated or incorrect, we update it — and note the revised date at the top of the guide.

If you spot something that looks wrong, outdated, or unclear, we genuinely want to know. Every guide’s contact details lead back to a real way to reach us, and corrections are something we take seriously rather than defensively.

06Advertising & Editorial Independence

Sehatsphere may display advertising to support the cost of running this site. Advertising placement is handled through standard ad networks and does not influence which topics we cover, what we write, or which sources we cite.

We don’t accept payment in exchange for positive coverage of any product, brand, or supplement, and we don’t currently participate in affiliate product recommendations. If that ever changes, it will be clearly disclosed.

07What We Don’t Do

  • We don’t provide personal diagnoses, prescriptions, or treatment plans through this site.
  • We don’t recommend specific dosages of medications or supplements without directing you to a doctor or pharmacist.
  • We don’t publish sensational or fear-based claims to drive clicks — our stats are cited and our tone stays measured even on serious topics.
  • We don’t accept payment to promote a specific product or brand within editorial content.
