Health information, written by someone who actually deals with it every day.
Hi — I'm Dr. Sarwar Alam Chaudhary, Registered Pharmacist and BHMS Scholar.
Working directly inside hospital pharmacy environments and medical stores, I see pretty much every day how confusing or outdated health information ends up costing people time, money, and sometimes their health.
Sehatsphere started from a simple frustration: most health content online is either written by people with no clinical background chasing search rankings, or it's written by academics in language nobody outside a medical degree can actually use. I wanted something in between — genuinely researched, written by a practicing clinical professional who works with patients and medicines daily, explained the way I'd explain it to my own family.
What I Actually Write About
Every article on Sehatsphere falls into one of three core clinical areas:
- Biomarker Science — blood tests, deficiencies, and what your numbers actually mean beyond generic 'normal' or 'abnormal' ranges.
- Lifestyle Restoration — daily habits, root causes, and sustainable interventions instead of temporary wellness gimmicks.
- Metabolic Scaling — how metabolism, drug-supplement interactions, and long-term health connect to each other.
How I Actually Write It
Every article starts with real, established research — clinical studies, government health guidelines (like NIH, ICMR, and FDA safety alerts), combined with the real-world patterns I encounter in hospital pharmacy practice. I cross-examine every fact against professional clinical training before it goes live.
As a Registered Pharmacist and BHMS Scholar, my focus is absolute patient safety—highlighting hepatic enzyme conflicts, adverse drug reactions, and real pharmacological risks that generic blogs completely ignore.
What Sehatsphere Isn't
- It isn't a replacement for seeing your own primary doctor — general clinical information cannot account for your specific medical history, exact prescriptions, or lab results.
- It doesn't offer direct individual medical prescriptions, diagnoses, or personal telehealth treatment.
- It is an independent educational medical journal built to protect readers through unvarnished, professional pharmaceutical transparency.
